I believe in maintaining a positive mindset through proper stress management and an active lifestyle with a well-balanced diet.

Currently, I practise belly dancing or Chinese dance three to four times a week and have taken up an online yoga course. Belly dancing is a great workout as it can tone one's muscles and improve posture.
