SINGAPORE – An impersonator managed to take over a Circles.Life customer’s mobile line on Jan 2 and, soon after, gained access to her WhatsApp account and multiple e-wallets.

The customer, who wanted to be known only as Ms Sim, 34, said she received a record of a conversation that she had supposedly initiated with Circles.Life using its live chat service.
