SINGAPORE - A Chinese woman is believed to have hit her head after falling from a double deck bed, reported Lianhe Wanbao.
The 20-year-old, who came to Singapore from Qingdao, China, to work around two years ago, was found dead by her flat mates on Thursday (Jan 7) evening. They found her lying motionless on the floor at around 7pm and called for help.
The deceased had rented a flat in Hougang with three other colleagues and worked in United Test and Assembly Centre in Serangoon, according to the news report.
The police said they received a call at 7.32pm asking for assistance at Hougang Street 91. Upon arrival, a 20-year-old woman was found lying motionless and she was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics.
Investigations are ongoing.
