Project manager now sole parent to 2 boys after her fatal accident

It took Mr Ronald Low, 48, nearly a decade to have the family he had long planned for.

Mr Low married Ms Huang Luyang in 2007, but the couple put off having children because Mr Low wanted to first make sure their marriage was stable.
