In the amended charge, lorry driver Teo Seng Tiong is accused of acting rashly as to cause hurt to a cyclist by suddenly swerving his lorry to the left and colliding with him.

SINGAPORE - Prosecutors are seeking a jail term of at least two weeks for the lorry driver allegedly involved in an altercation with a cyclist in Pasir Ris last December.
He now faces the more serious offence of committing a rash act.
