SINGAPORE - Police are looking for a man to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported near Punggol Place on Oct 5.

The suspect is believed to be in his 20s and was last seen wearing a black polo shirt with white stripes at the side, black bermudas and spectacles. He was also spotted wearing a cap with a Superman logo in front.
