SINGAPORE - A man in his 30s was found motionless in the driver's seat of a car at East Coast Park on Friday morning. He was later pronounced dead by paramedics.

The police received a call requesting for assistance along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) heading towards the city, at around 10.51am.

They said they are investigating the "unnatural death".

The car was parked at a carpark sandwiched between the ECP and the East Coast Park Service Road.

One lorry driver at the carpark told The Straits Times that he had seen the car in that very spot at around noon a day earlier. The man behind the wheel seemed to be reclining and sleeping in the car, said the lorry driver who wanted to remain anonymous.
