Fatal accident involving two cars: Victim a 'hard-working' single mum

After holding several jobs for over three decades to raise two daughters as a single mother, Madam Ong Soh Boey could not sit still, even though she was financially stable running a provision shop in Chinatown.

To fill her time, the 69-year-old took up several part-time jobs, including cleaning and laundry work.
