SINGAPORE - An ex-district judge has appeared in court to face two traffic charges for reckless driving and breaching a traffic signal, both of which were allegedly committed a month before he retired from service at the age of 62 in September 2019.
Wong Keen Onn, whose case was brought up for mention in the State Courts earlier this month, was allegedly involved in a collision while in the process of overtaking another vehicle.
