He is not on the run. Or so claims Britain-born Thorsten Nolte, who is on the wanted list of the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB).
The 45-year-old has not returned to Singapore since absconding with his then girlfriend Debbie Valerie Tenashar Long, a DJ who goes by the handle Tenashar, in November 2015.
