Neighbourhood police centres (NPCs) in commercial areas saw more crime last year than those in residential areas, with Orchard NPC topping the list, government figures show.

Orchard NPC recorded 158 reports of the five crimes used by the police to collate crime statistics - robbery, housebreaking, snatch theft, theft of motor vehicle and outrage of modesty.
