SINGAPORE - Bloodstains were seen splattered on the road at Alnwick Road on Saturday morning, next to a silver Mazda parked by the roadside.
A large pool of blood was next to the car, and there was even a bloody footprint on the scene.
The area is near Serangoon Gardens, where the popular Chomp Chomp food centre is.
Police said that they received a call at 7.39am on Saturday morning for assistance in a case of voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous means.
The police added: "A 24-year-old man was conveyed conscious to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Investigations are ongoing."
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said they were alerted at 7.08am in the morning, where an ambulance was dispatched and brought the victim to the hospital.
