A group of relationship managers from United Overseas Bank (UOB) are believed to be under investigation for recommending "investment opportunities" with the former executive chairman and acting chief executive officer of former Apple authorised reseller Epicentre, who had gone missing last year.

Mr Kenneth Lim Tiong Hian became uncontactable in late May last year, and the company fired the 45-year-old in July that year.
