SINGAPORE - Mr Ian Loh and his wife, Madam Tiffany Liu, met at Tsinghua University while studying there on scholarships awarded by the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA).

They are now the young ambassadors for the apex body of Chinese clans in Singapore, and the type of bilingual and bicultural members that the clans hope to attract.
