SINGAPORE - Consumers should buy Eu Yan Sang products from its official channels, said the company on Aug 4, after fake products under its brand were found circulating online.

The affected products are Vitality Plus, Prostate Guard and Spot Whitening capsules.

The company, which specialises in traditional Chinese medicine products, said it has received five reports from customers across different retail locations, involving purchases and online advertisements which misuse Eu Yan Sang’s branding.

Eu Yan Sang said it has filed a police report and alerted the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). The company added that it is also working with TikTok and Meta Singapore to remove fake listings and content.

If in doubt, consumers should not consume any questionable products, and should verify their authenticity at any Eu Yan Sang store. They can also contact the company on 1800-888-1879 or via
