Space in MSF's office building set aside for homeless shelter

SINGAPORE - For the past 10 months, a corner of the headquarters of the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) in Thomson Road has also been a refuge to a small group of homeless persons.
The Safe Sound Sleeping Place (S3P) is the first homeless shelter to be housed in the premises of a government ministry, an MSF spokesman told The Sunday Times.
