Charity offers free Exquisite dinners to homeless

SINGAPORE - You can call this a cafe for the homeless.

In October, Catholic Welfare Services (CWS) started Prinsep Cafe Exquisite, offering free dinners every evening to those sleeping on the streets, called rough sleepers.
