The pets are being sent to various places with the closure of the kampung-style farm

"Seniors love this place as it reminds them of their kampung days, when you don't have disturbances and you don't see high-rise buildings," said Mr Thierry Lim, the 65-year-old owner of The Animal Resort.

"The kids, on the other hand, enjoy close interaction with the animals," he added.
