Ms Ruth Sze suffered a severe spinal cord injury in 2014 which resulted in partial paralysis. She now walks at a slower pace and has a limited range of motion in her fingers.
"As a person with physical disabilities, what I fear most is any wrong perception of my ability to perform the job," said Ms Sze, a data administration manager at the Ministry of Education (MOE).
