SINGAPORE - Demand for house-cleaning services has surged ahead of the Chinese New Year celebrations, despite a rise in prices of these services.

Three of the five cleaning companies that The Sunday Times spoke to said that they are fully booked until the eve of Chinese New Year, with the other two having limited slots left.
