Next month, all 84,000 civil servants will receive a bonus of 0.5 of a month's pay.
The amount is slightly higher than last year's 0.45 month, partly reflecting emerging signs of an improvement in economic outlook.
Lower-wage workers will also get a built-in wage rise of $15 to $20 a month on top of their annual pay increments.
It will benefit about 1,485 Grade IV and Grade V officers in the Operations Support Scheme. They do administrative support duties such as office maintenance.
About 900 Grade IV officers earning between $1,466 and $1,863 monthly will get $15 more a month.
Grade V officers will get $20 more each month. There are about 600 of them, earning between $1,230 and $1,561 a month.
