Parents, drivers both responsible if kids get hit while dashing across roads, say experts after Depot Walk accident

SINGAPORE - Whose responsibility is it when young children dash across the road suddenly and get hit by motor vehicles - the kids' parents or the motorists?

The issue was raised after a three-year-old was run over by a car last Saturday evening (Oct 5) outside a Hindu temple in Depot Walk, even as several recent near misses surfaced online.
