Childcare leave will be a great help, says foster mum

When her foster daughter falls sick, Madam Anne Lau has to use her annual leave to take her to the doctor.

With the proposed amendments to the Children and Young Persons Act read in Parliament earlier this month, foster parents like Madam Lau may get up to six days of childcare leave, depending on the age of their foster child.
