Social and Family Development Minister Tan Chuan-Jin pasting sticker dots in The Obliteration Room, created by artist Yayoi Kusama, at the opening of National Gallery Singapore's inaugural Gallery Children's Biennale yesterday. Visitors are invited to paste dots all over the white room, to transform it. Themed Dreams & Stories, the festival offers interactive art showcases, performances and activities for children and the young at heart.
