At least five cars were involved in a chain collision on the East Coast Parkway (ECP) towards Tuas on Friday morning.

The Land Transport Authority has advised motorists to avoid lane 2 on the ECP after the Still Road South exit.

A reader, Mr Bernard Tan, said that accident occurred around 10.15am. He heard a loud bang from the 11th floor of a condominium construction site.
