SINGAPORE - Over the past two days, food and health supplements company Cerebos Pacific has raised about $23,000 in support of The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.

It achieved this through its annual charity sale, which saw over 120 staff volunteers taking time off work to man a sales booth at China Square Central.

This year's sale- which is the company's 13th- featured 12 different Brand's products such as Essence of Chicken and Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar. Last year, Cerebos Pacific raised $30,000 for the pocket money fund through its charity sale.

"Cerebos is proud to be one of pocket money fund's oldest corporate supporters," said Cerebos chief executive officer, Mr Gen Saito, who helped sell products at the fair on Wednesday. "We take pride in how we have encouraged our staff to give back to the community."
