A new bus service - Service 803 - was launched on Sunday. It is a loop service which starts from Yishun Bus Interchange, plying roads like Yishun Central and Yishun Ring Road.

It will also pass landmarks like Nee Soon East Community Centre, Yishun Town Secondary School, and Xishan Primary School.

The new bus service will operate from 5.20am to 12.55am from Monday to Saturday, and 5.30am to 12.55am on Sundays and public holidays.

It is the 21st bus service to be rolled out under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme.

Vice president for SMRT Buses Tan Kian Heong said: "SMRT Buses has made every effort to bring greater accessibility and more travel options to Yishun residents, and will continue to do so through in-depth study of the estate development, all our feedback channels as well as via grassroots engagement."
