SINGAPORE - Soon after the announcement that the Singapore Botanic Gardens has been accorded Unesco World Heritage Site status, congratulations proliferated online.
Some also shared little known facts about the 156-year-old Gardens.

The National Parks Board put up a video with interesting historical facts about the Gardens.
