The public can submit their bids for car registration numbers 1 to 9999 in the SKK series. The minimum bid amount is $1,000 and higher offers should be in multiples of $1.

Bids must be made on prescribed forms and envelopes that can be obtained from the the Land Transport Authority's VTL customer service centre at 10 Sin Ming Drive.

All payments for bids must be made by cashier's order, money order or postal order, to the Land Transport Authority or LTA. Cheques will not be accepted.

The bidding will start from Feb 23 at 8am and end at noon on March 2. Results of the bidding exercise can be found on One Motoring website on March 8 from 4pm onwards.
