A year after thousands were evacuated from the earthquake-hit Indonesian city of Palu, Captain Amelia Lim was shocked to see some people there still living in temporary housing.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officer was visiting the area in the aftermath of the earthquake that struck Palu in September 2018.
