SINGAPORE - The baby boy found abandoned in a rubbish chute in Bedok North last month is now under the care of foster parents.
The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) spokesman said on Monday (Feb 17): "The MSF will closely monitor the continued well-being of the child."
