Affected broadband and digital voice services have been restored: StarHub

SINGAPORE - Telco StarHub said its affected broadband and digital voice services have been restored.

Some customers of StarHub's fibre broadband and digital voice services were unable to access the services earlier on Thursday.

"We are monitoring the situation closely to ensure service stability for customers, and apologise for any inconvenience caused," StarHub said in an update on its Facebook at about 12.30pm.

Some customers said they were unable to access the services since 10am.

Mr Tom S.S., who commented on Starhub's Facebook post on the disruption, told The Straits Times that he could not access important work e-mail on his home fibre broadband for two to three hours on Thursday. The 40-year-old trader said: "It's like having your letter box ripped out of your house."
