SINGAPORE - An accident involving two cars occurred on Thursday morning in Toa Payoh Lorong 1 at the junction of Lorong 1A.

Although both cars - a Honda Stream and a Subaru Impreza - were damaged, no one appeared to have been seriously injured, an eyewitness said.

A spokesman from the Singapore Civil Defence Force said three people suffered "minor injuries but refused conveyance" to the hospital.

He said the accident happened around 7am.

A fire engine, a Red Rhino, an ambulance and a support vehicle were dispatched.

No one was trapped in the vehicles when SCDF arrived at the scene, he added.
