Visitors catching a glimpse of what Singapore could be like in the year 2030 at the Future Of Us exhibition, which opened yesterday at Gardens by the Bay. Capping the SG50 celebrations, the free event runs until March and showcases ideas such as driverless cars, holographic telecommunications and urban farming designs. More than 85 per cent of tickets for this month have already been reserved, with 8,100 people visiting the event yesterday. Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat, also chairman of the SG50 Steering Committee, said: "The Future Of Us seeks to stimulate our imagination, encourages us to share our dreams and inspires us to work together.
