Holland-Bukit Timah GRC MP and Zhenghua grassroots adviser Liang Eng Hwa (centre), as well as grassroots leaders from the Zhenghua division, giving out cookies and around 300 cups of coffee and Milo on Thursday to perk up morning commuters in the first working week of the year. The treat started at about 7am at a busy bus stop in front of Block 485 in Segar Road. Grassroots leaders plan to continue the morning treat, dishing it out about once a month and eventually expanding it to more bus stops in the area.
