SINGAPORE - Mr Neo Kah Wee, 23, who has visual disability, admits that he has had to learn to come to terms with what he can and cannot do in his work.

He has had glaucoma since birth - he is completely blind in his left eye while he has to get close to see clearly with his right eye.
