The Housing Board launched 3,497 flats in the March Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise on Wednesday, the second since it was announced that the supply of new flats would be tapered off this year.

The flats are across four projects in the non-mature towns of Sengkang, Yishun and Sembawang, with two projects in the latter. They range from two- to five-room flats and include 70 Three-Generation or 3Gen flats in the Anchorvale Parkview project. These are four-bedroom flats for couples applying with their parents.

Applications can be submitted up till next Tuesday, or April 1.

The next launch of flats will be in May, with 3,060 BTO flats offered in Bukit Batok and Woodlands, as well as an additional 3,000 balance flats.
