More than 300 personal mobility device (PMD) riders and cyclists were caught riding in void decks and other common areas of Housing Board blocks last month, the first month of the new ban.

All of them were warned and none was fined, according to statistics obtained by The Straits Times from the 15 town councils run by the People's Action Party.
