SINGAPORE - A 30-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident with a tipper truck early on Monday (May 22) morning.

The police told The Straits Times that they were alerted at 5.47am to an accident involving a tipper truck and a motorcycle along Harbour Drive towards Pasir Panjang Drive.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.

Photographs on social media show ambulances at the scene and a blue police tent set up several metres away from a truck.

Police investigations are ongoing.
