Three people were taken to hospital following an accident involving three cars - one of them a Lamborghini - on Sentosa on Tuesday.

The police were alerted to the accident along Allanbrooke Road towards Cove Avenue at about 4.55pm.

Two drivers and a passenger were taken conscious to the Singapore General Hospital.

The Straits Times understands that the Lamborghini driver, a 22-year-old man, and his 21-year-old male passenger were among the trio injured. The 38-year-old male driver of a Toyota Estima was also injured.

Photos circulating on Facebook show the yellow Lamborghini flipped over from the impact and its front bonnet mangled by the collision.
