SINGAPORE - A 20-year-old man was arrested for stealing items from lockers in the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), the police said on Tuesday (June 6).
There were four theft cases reported between April 15 and June 2 at No 10 Buangkok View.
Cash and handphones were reportedly stolen from lockers at the Institute.
The man was arrested on Monday (June 5), and a total of $50 in cash was recovered from him.
The Straits Times understands that the victims were staff members at IMH.
If convicted of the offence of theft-in-dwelling, the man can be jailed for up to seven years and fined.
