1 Tech for SCDF training

A hazardous material simulator at the Home Team Tactical Centre in Mandai allows the Singapore Civil Defence Force to train its officers to tackle 40 to 50 firefighting and rescue scenarios in a facility that is made to look like a chemical processing plant. It is one of three simulators at the centre.
