Students from Chung Cheng High School (Yishun) were at MRT stations and bus interchanges in Khatib, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio and Yio Chu Kang yesterday to help elderly and disabled commuters climb stairs or to carry their groceries. Wearing red to mark the school's 80th anniversary, they also distributed free umbrellas to residents.
