1 pedestrian killed, another seriously injured in Chancery Hill accident

An accident involving a car along Chancery Hill on Aug 1 killed a pedestrian - a woman in her 70s.

She was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital but died of her injuries.

A two-year-old boy was also injured in the accident. His leg was amputated before the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) arrived on the scene. He was taken to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

The driver was not injured.
