SINGAPORE - The People's Action Party (PAP) has released a mobile app for the election - the first time a political party has done so.

The app, called "PAP4SG", features the party's latest updates and lets users search for party representatives by entering their postal code.

It is currently available only in Apple's App Store.

The app's launch comes amidst the party's revamped look for its website, www.pap.org.sg, and introduction of its candidates in the lead-up to the General Election.
