SINGAPORE - A few months ago, I found myself unusually agitated and disoriented. Work hours had become a little too unpredictable, I was double-booking myself on appointments and felt like I had lost control of time. When I did sit down to write, I struggled to focus. And when I finally did, I couldn’t stop.
My triathlon training was the first casualty. I began missing sessions, then feeling guilty about it. I went to bed later to get the workouts done, and paid for it at work the next day. I started to wonder if I was simply bad at organising my life, or even showing signs of ADHD.
