Who else but China can rein in Uncle Sam?

There is a likelihood that the worst instincts in the US body politic may poison America's ties with the world

Now is perhaps a good time to think out of the box and consider inverting the conventional wisdom about the need for the United States to remain in the Asia-Pacific region to "balance" a rising China.

Those who receive their news and commentaries only in English have long been told that a China growing stronger by the day is wont to throw its weight around and bully weaker neighbours.
