TAIPEI – In Taiwan, “eating tofu” can mean a lot more than just savouring a bean curd dish.
The Chinese slang “chi doufu” means to take advantage of someone in a sexual way, and when used, it is almost always understood as the man being the perpetrator, and the woman the victim.
