What will it take to bridge the US-China gulf?

Most people agree that the world is in a dangerous place today with the ongoing Ukraine war and deteriorating United States-China relationship threatening peace and prosperity for all.

The point was made in Parliament on April 19 by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. It is one that he has made in many previous speeches as well, perhaps concerned that no one was paying attention to his warning.
