US Indians feel the MAGA heat, and it’s not pleasant

SAN FRANCISCO - On a brief visit to the US in February, I was told of a successful Indian couple in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who’d left the city that had been their home for two decades and moved to a metropolis on the West Coast of the United States.
Naturalised Americans both, the doctor-lawyer pair had lived a full life in culturally vibrant Milwaukee.
